Zoomlet

Smooth zoom for Minecraft Bedrock.

See something interesting across the valley? Hold C for a closer look. Need to inspect one suspicious pixel on that block? Keep holding C and scroll. Zoomlet stays out of the way until you need it, then gives you a steady view from 1.2x all the way to 30x.

Why you'll like it

  • Hold to zoom. The default 1.5x view is useful without feeling dramatic.
  • Scroll for more. Adjust magnification while the zoom key is held.
  • Smooth but responsive. Zoom starts quickly, settles softly, and releases cleanly.
  • Steady at long range. Mouse sensitivity falls as magnification rises, without the sticky grid-like movement common at extreme zoom.
  • Always starts fresh. Releasing the key resets the next zoom to 1.5x.
  • Menu friendly. Chat, pause, inventory, and other screens cancel zoom and keep their normal scrolling.
  • Your key, your choice. C is the default and can be remapped in Settings → Keyboard.
  • Client-side only. Servers do not need Zoomlet installed.

Install

Zoomlet requires Minecraft Bedrock for Windows with the LeviLamina client loader. Version 1.0.0 targets the 26.51.* LeviLamina line.

Manually

  1. Download Zoomlet-client-windows-x64.zip from the latest release.

The tiny bits of magic

Float Look

At very high magnification, ordinary whole-number mouse steps can look like the camera is hopping between invisible grid points. Float Look keeps the game's turn movement as a precise floating-point value, so tiny hand motions stay tiny on screen. There is no delayed movement queue and Zoomlet does not take over your camera—Minecraft still applies the final turn normally.

Animation Engine

Zoomlet measures real elapsed time instead of counting frames, so the motion feels consistent at 30 FPS, 60 FPS, or a high-refresh frame rate. Zoom levels blend logarithmically, matching how magnification feels rather than moving by blunt numerical chunks. Key transitions and wheel adjustments have separate timings, and interrupted animations restart from the exact position already visible—no pop, overshoot, or wrong-way frame.

Coming next

  • More configurable zoom, sensitivity, timing, and behavior options.
  • More animation-system upgrades, including cinematic panning experiments.
  • Quality-of-life improvements that make Zoomlet easier to tune and use.

These are the planned direction after the stable 1.0 foundation, not a promise that every idea will land unchanged.

Compatibility

  • Minecraft Bedrock for Windows
  • LeviLamina client 26.51.*
  • Tested in-game on Minecraft 1.26.51.01 with LeviLamina 26.51.8
  • Windows x64

Zoomlet changes only the local camera view and look sensitivity. It does not place blocks, send custom gameplay packets, or need server installation.
